Ranked among the most selective private liberal arts colleges in the nation, Connecticut College has an enrollment of 1,900 men and women from 42 states, Washington D.C., and 41 countries. Forty percent of students are men, 12 percent are domestic students of color.

Founded in 1911, the College is particularly known for interdisciplinary studies, international programs, funded internships, student-faculty research and service learning.
