The philosophy of the School of Health Related Professions depicts education, quality health care, practice, and research as a community effort. Mission and Goals The mission of the UMDNJ-School of Health Related Professions is to educate students who will function competently, creatively responsibly and collaboratively in a dynamic health care environment.

In fulfillment of this mission, the School seeks to: Provide students with diverse practical experiences; Promote and provide support for continued professional development Establish and sustain multiple academic partnerships at all levels of the educational spectrum Pursue scholarship and conduct research Provide educational, consultative, health care and community services
