Welcome to Richard Bland College of The College of William and Mary in Virginia. Founded in 1960, the 2006-2007 academic year marks our forty-sixth year of operation.
We are the Commonwealth’s only public junior college and our sole mission is to prepare students for transfer to both public and private colleges and universities throughout the country. As a state-supported institution of higher education, we are governed by the Board of Visitors of The College of William and Mary.
