St. Petersburg College

n June 2001, the Florida Legislature signed a bill changing St. Petersburg Junior College's name to St. Petersburg College. The bill allows SPC to offer upper division classes leading to bachelor's degrees in Education, Nursing and Technology. Students seeking careers in these fields may now continue their studies without changing colleges, jobs or living arrangements.

To make continuing your education even more attractive, the University Partnership Center offers junior- and senior-level classes toward bachelor's degrees from many universities and colleges that work in partnership with SPC. The UPC offers degrees in a variety of subjects including Business, Computer Science, Elementary Education and Nursing. At the UPC, you'll get the same quality of learning as you would by attending the home campuses of the partner institution. Graduate degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration, are offered through the UPC.
