Advanced Studios

Control C

This studio complements our Pro Tools curriculum. This room features a Pro Tools HD system with full surround sound processing and Digidesigns new Command D console in a 24 fader frame. The studio also features midi keyboards and a large selection of effect plug ins. Students in Pro Tools 201 and 210 classes use this room for mixing and editing music tracks and for Video Post work.

Control D

Control D is home to the Digidesign ICON series audio console and a Pro Tools HD system with surround sound monitoring. The ICON is the flag ship controller for Pro Tools and Nescom was fortunate enough to have one of the first 100 built. The New England School of Communications offers certification level courses in Pro Tools and this room is designed to showcase that program at it's very best.

Control E

Control E is home to the second Digidesign ICON series audio console and a Pro Tools HD system with surround sound monitoring. At this level students are recording full length albums and working with audio for television and movies, using Pro Tools. If you can dream it, you can do it in this room!
