Cosmetology

Course Title: Cosmetology I and II
Length of Program: 2 years

Description:
This is a two-year course, which prepares students for employment in the cosmetology field. The curriculum includes learning how to shampoo, haircut, style, condition and color hair. Students will receive instruction in giving permanent waves, manicure and pedicures. Instruction also includes beauty salon management and personality development. After passing the State Board of Cosmetology the student may apply for the Cosmetology license.

Suggested Prerequisites include: Biology and Chemistry

Clothing/Tools Requirements include: Uniform and Professional Shoes, Student Cosmetology Tool Kit

Safety Requirements include: All Cosmetology Safety Rules are followed.
