Our nationally accredited Nursing Assistant program is designed to introduce the student to the Nursing Assistant profession and assist  students interested in entering a nursing career or related health care profession.  This program provides a intoductory level education for students interested in basic patient care.

    Our nationally accredited Nursing Assistant program is designed to introduce the student to the Nursing Assistant profession and assist  students interested in entering a nursing career or related health care profession.  This program provides a intoductory level education for students interested in basic patient care.

    Online Nursing Assistant Program Outline:
    All classes are available 24 hours a day for students to take at their convenience. Since this program is online you do not have to wait of the next class to begin, you can study at your own pace, so most students finish in 6-8 weeks.
    Online Classes: Introduction to Nursing Assisting, Infection Control, Patient Safety, Patient positioning and transport, Patient Environment and Bed-making, Home Healthcare, Personal Care of the Patient, Emergency Care, Human Anatomy & Physiology, Measuring Vital Signs, Special Body Systems Care (includes: care of gastrointestinal system, urinary system and the nervous system), Long Term Patient Care
    Online Clinical Labs: Virtual Phlebotomy Lab (shows students how to collect a blood specimen "draw blood"), Virtual Injection Lab (shows students how to administer intra-muscular injections),  Basic Medication Injection, Measuring a Pulse, CPR, and Ultrasound.
    Online Nursing Assistant  Exam: After completing all classes you must take our online Nursing Assistant Certificate exam. After completing our comprehensive Nursing Assistant exam we will send your Nursing Assistant certificate and transcripts.

       

    How does our Program Work?
    Step 1: Enroll Online, you will then receive your student ID # and password so you can log in and begin classes.
    Step 2: Complete online classes at your pace and when you are ready take the online Nursing Assistant exam.
    Step 3: After you successfully complete our online exam we will mail your certificate and transcripts.
    Most student finish our Nursing Assistant program in about 6-8 weeks.
