Presentation

Today's workforce must be supported by people who have the knowledge and ability to integrate the principles and practices of Total Quality into everything they do, in order to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations. Those people who are able to adapt to change, to assume new or additional responsibilities, and to implement processes and systems that will enhance productivity as well as the product or service of their organizations, will be fulfilled both personally and professionally.

Our response to this need Connecticut Quality Council (CQC) and Rensselaer at Hartford's Lally School of Management & Technology have joined forces to offer a Quality Management Certificate Program (QMCP) that will enable you to be competitive in this environment. Listening to the voice of the customer, we have crafted and refined an intensive and comprehensive five-module, ten-day program.
